Our pasta is made from carefully sourced and nutrient dense Organic Quinoa and Organic Rice.

We are obsessed with food safety. Our pasta is made is a facility that is certified Gluten-Free and FREE FROM the top 8 allergens(including wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, fish, or shellfish (including crustaceans and mollusks).

HERBS & SPICES:

We source our Organic herbs and spices from trusted providers and purchase locally as much as possible.

OUR PASTA:

Gluten-free: We do not store or handle any gluten-containing ingredients, which are defined as wheat, barley, rye, their variations (e.g., durum, spelt, kamut, emmer, einkorn), or their cross-bred hybrids such as triticale. Just to be sure, we verify that our pasta meets the FDA’s gluten limit of less than 20 parts per million (ppm) for foods that carry the gluten-free label by sending a sample of every single product lot to an independent certified laboratory to test gluten levels.

Allergen-Free Production: Our dedicated allergen-free production lines DO NOT process any of the top 8 allergens, as listed above.

OUR HERBS & SPICES:

We source our Organic herbs and spices from trusted partners with validated allergen testing processes to ensure all allergy-free standards are met.

 

MANUFACTURING:

Our meals are packaged in a facility that is dedicated gluten-free, allergy-friendly, certified organic and certified kosher.

Our packaging plant is free from the top 14 allergens: Wheat, Dairy & Casein, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Egg, Soy, Fish, Shellfish (including Crustaceans & Mollusks), Sesame, Sulfites, Lupin, Mustard.

Therefore, our meals will never share any kind of manufacturing equipment with the allergens listed above.

In addition, for quality and safety standards, our packaging team follows a strict cleaning protocol on all equipment.
