All of our products and production facilities are certified organic, certified gluten free, and free from the top 14 food allergens; including wheat, dairy & casein, peanuts, tree nuts, egg, soy, fish, shellfish (including crustaceans & mollusks), sesame, sulfites, lupin & mustard. The FDA has a gluten limit of less than 20 parts per million (ppm) for foods that carry the gluten-free label. Our pasta production facility sets a limit well below the guidelines and tests every single product lot to ensure gluten levels are 5ppm and below. Our pasta is made from carefully sourced & nutrient-dense organic quinoa & organic rice.
